Meyerbeer : The fresh and healthy break. They have a slight british accent and they have obviously perfectly adapted to the Nice rythm. «  Co-T-Café »  at 11, rue Meyerbeer offers, not only the « classic» lunches, fresh fruit salads, but mostly fresh fruits in 'fromage blanc', homemade coulis and muesli if desired, absolutely amazing. « In the US, they are called the parfaits», explains Thomas Starek. « I buy my fruits at the MIN, we make our own coulis and use sugar-free fromage blanc. And we're successful ». Everytime, we use the fruits of the season and in winter we use Honey- apples- raisins...etc These « spécialities » are sold for 4€. The snack also offers flavoured coffees, smoothies, ice blends and will soon offer a juicce bar. Open everyday from 7 am to 8 pm. This is our hot spot of the week!
